Vaidhehi is a post-graduate in Sociology and with specialized training in Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, and Personnel Management. She has extensive experience in the industry as a Human Resource professional with specialization in Training and Counselling. Prior to this venture, she was running the day to day operations of the Indian Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), Bangalore, in the capacity of Joint Director. Prior to IIFT, she worked as Human Resource Executive at PCL MindWare.
Vedhagiri – Advisor
Vedhagiri is the Founder and Chairman of BVG Educational Trust and Director of the Indian Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), with postgraduate qualification in Economics, Public Relations, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Marketing Management, and Business Administration and having Apparel Industry experience as well as Educational Administration specific to Apparel Industry training. He is also an Ex-Serviceman who has served the Indian Airforce
Somasundaram – Co Founder/Director
Somasundaram is an experienced finance and sales / business operations professional with over 20 years of experience, and in the IT sector. During his carrier he has worked with several leading multinational, and global software companies with responsibilities covering India and the Asia Pacific Region and has great amount of exposure to the silicon valley work culture. Prior to this role, he was the Director of Finance & Sales Operations for the Asia Pacific Region at Wind River Systems, Inc. Wind River is a global leader in delivering embedded software solutions for intelligent connected systems. Prior to Wind River, he worked with Integrated Systems Inc., and Structural Dynamics Research Corporation.
